The apartment consists of two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. A full bathroom and separate kitchen, dining room with direct access to the terrace and city views. The building where the apartment is located has a community shower at street level, ideal for removing the sand after a day at the beach.
The apartment is completely renovated and includes all the services and security measures so you can enjoy your stay as if it were your own home. It has a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine and hot water heater. With a heat pump/air conditioning system, it is ideal both in summer and winter, for short or long periods and whether on vacation or teleworking, since it has all the necessary elements for this, including free internet-wifi connection. . There is also an iron and ironing board available in case you need it.

1st. We are available for any questions so that you have a pleasant stay.
2nd. The apartment is rented with optional sheets and towels (€4 Pax)
3rd. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key delivery from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
Entry time to the apartment: from 4:00 p.m. (if there are any guests leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 17:00 may incur an additional fee.
Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.
4th. Upon departure, guests are asked to leave the apartment in the same condition as they found it. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. Guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.
6th. It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.
7th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.
8º The tourist tax (€1 person per day, maximum of 7 days) will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.
