1º. We are available for any questions with the objective that you have a pleasant stay.
2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets but without towels (towels €4 pax, optional).
3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
Check-in time to the apartment: from 5:00 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 9:00 a.m.).
Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am
4º. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition that you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.
6º. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.
7th. Wi-Fi is free.
8th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.
9º The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and will have to be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.
