The pool is communal
The accommodation consists of:
- Large terraces with barbecue, sun loungers for sunbathing, garden table with pergola to eat on the terrace with direct access to the pool.
- 1 suite room (15 mtr) double with double bed with wardrobe and bathroom and large terrace (1st floor).
- 1 room (13 mtr) with two 90 cm single beds (trundle bed) overlooking the garden and closet (1st floor).
- 1 room with two single beds of 90 cm, (trundle bed) overlooking the garden and closet (1st floor).
- Large dining room (ground floor) with toilet, equipped with table and chairs (air conditioning in corridor), television and exit to terrace with beautiful views of the garden.
- You can easily park on the street.
- The climate machine is located on the stairs and fan in the living room.
- Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge etc.
- Optional paid internet (€5 per day).

Thus, adults and children will be able to live an unforgettable experience walking along our 9 beaches or enjoying our gastronomic offer, among many other activities. Similarly, all those who rent it, I can give you directions, recommendations, city maps, if you do any sport especially I can tell you where you can practice what the little ones can do.
You cannot miss the “Camino de Ronda” This is one of the most beautiful and emblematic excursions on the Costa Daurada, recently remodeled and with spectacular views, bordering Cap Salou.
The Camino de Ronda begins at the end of Calle Colón, right on the esplanade of Los Pilones. We will continue on the wooden walkway and shortly after we find the remains of an old construction, the Lazareto, built in 1829, where in the past they isolated the boats that came from epidemic areas and preserves solid walls several meters high. Continuing the walkway that skirts this construction in a zigzag fashion, we will discover one of the most welcoming coves of Cap Salou, Capellans Beach, with two stairs that give access and a cobblestone path half buried by the beach sand. Once you have passed Capellans Beach, you have to go up some stairs with a certain slope to access Punta del Po-Roig.

1º. We are available for any questions with the aim of having a pleasant stay.
2º. The House is rented with sheets but without towels (towels €4 pax, optional).
3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
Check-in time to the apartment: from 5:00 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 9:00 a.m.).
Departure time from the house: no later than 11 o'clock
4th. Upon departure, please leave the Villa in the same condition that you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave garbage in the House.
5th. Respect the rules and neighbors.
6º. You must present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.
7th. It is advised not to make disturbing noises in the neighborhood.
8th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.
9º The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach.
